Estimates only
Calculations are estimates for trade planning; verify pricing with your distributor. The App's results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own pricing, purchasing and compliance decisions, including any rules that apply to pricing and promotion of alcohol where you operate.
Verify distributor pricing
Prices, deposits, taxes, fees, deals and availability come from your distributor and your local rules. Always confirm them with your distributor before you rely on any figure.
No warranty
The App and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the App will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hartsook Consulting LLC and its owners and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for any decision made using the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed US$100. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Advertising disclaimer
Sponsor banners are paid placements and are labeled as sponsored. A sponsor's appearance is not an endorsement by us. We are not responsible for sponsors' products, claims or websites, or for any dealings you have with them.
Email updates
Signing up for email updates is optional. If you do, you agree that we may email you product updates about Booze Napkin Math. The email address you submit is stored by Netlify Forms and used only for those updates. To unsubscribe or ask us to remove your address, email matthartsook@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy.
Your content
Numbers, text and logos you enter stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any logo you add to a sell sheet.
Changes
We may update the App, the website or these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
